Just before and during the summer, DataPolarna has reached agreement on the delivery of SawInfo application SIPal to five facilities in the Derome Group, including production facilities in Derome and Okome.
The Derome Group is Sweden’s largest family-owned timber enterprise, a producer of wood products, buildings, building components and environmentally friendly bioenergy. Implementation will take place in 2017 and 2018.
“As noted, this primarily involves SIPal for more efficient package logistics, and we are really pleased to welcome Derome as new customers,” explains Anders Marklund, managing director of DataPolarna.
Anders notes that DataPolarna also will supply SIPal to the Södra forestry cooperative’s three largest facilities in Mönsterås, Långsjö and Värö. The deliveries will be installed by the end of this year and in 2018.
