Great interest in us at the Wood Products & Technology Trade Fair!

In early September, we participated in the Wood Products & Technology Trade Fair in Gothenburg for the fifth time.

For several years Datapolarna has participated in SawTech, a major trade organisation for Swedish sawmill suppliers consisting of 19 vendors.At the trade fair we took part in the joint booth known as the Hub, where visitors could see the most important offerings from leading Swedish suppliers when it comes to improving sawmill production.

“The show was very well attended, with more than 7,000 visitors from no less than fifteen countries,” Anders Marklund notes. “And we personally experienced a great deal of interest in our products among the visitors. We got a great many new, interesting contacts with companies that we then managed to visit and also leave quotes with. So for us the outcome of our participation was very positive."

Among other things, we met with foreign companies that in the future may become our partners in marketing our products in several interesting export markets.

“We regard the SawTech Hub as a very good concept that we really have high hopes for in the future as well and that we really want to play a role in developing further,” Marklund continues.
